The Chicago neighborhoods and suburbs we move
Avondale is where we are based, but the trucks travel the entire city, out into the collar suburbs, and downtown for the high-rise work. None of these are dots we picked off a map — this is where we actually live. Marcus calls Portage Park home, and the crews have put in years learning these stairwells with their own two hands. Every corner of town hands you a different puzzle: the back-staircase walk-ups in the Logan Square and Avondale three-flats, the brick bungalows lined up tight through Portage Park and Jefferson Park, the lofts and condos of Pilsen and Wicker Park, and the downtown towers where the freight-elevator slot and a COI dictate the entire move day.
Where our crews work
- Logan Square — two-flats, three-flats, and the rear porches that come attached
- Avondale — workers’ cottages and brick two-flats a stone’s throw from the yard
- Lincoln Park — restored greystones and the upscale condos lining the park
- Wicker Park — lofts, walk-ups, and the cramped side streets off Milwaukee
- Lakeview — vintage courtyard buildings and four-plus-ones close to the lake
- Pilsen — old workers’ cottages and converted industrial lofts
- Portage Park & Jefferson Park — the bungalow belt, where Marcus lives
- The Loop & River North — downtown high-rises with COI and dock windows
- Oak Park, Evanston, Cicero, Berwyn, Skokie, and the near suburbs
Whatever neighborhood or suburb you are leaving behind or moving into, the terms hold steady: our own crew, a written price, and the parking handled before the truck rolls up.
