What we flatly refuse to do
Dangling a cheap phone number only to pad the bill once the crew arrives is not something we do, and neither is staffing your job with temp labor or farming it out to a subcontractor; the truck and the W-2 movers on it are always ours. On the protection question, we cite nothing but the genuine federal rules: under federal law your shipment falls by default to basic released-value coverage at $0.60 per pound, while full-value protection, the kind that pays toward replacing a damaged item, can be tacked on for roughly 1 to 3 percent of the value you declare.
